Appropriates $353,517.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Physical Therapy for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 3 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the agency with appropriated funds.

Requires the agency to maintain personnel services expenditures at or below fiscal year 2025 appropriation levels unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature.

Directs the agency to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2024 and submit future budget requests in comparable format.

Takes effect July 1, 2024 and establishes requirements that funds be expended in compliance with state law and that the State Treasurer distribute funds upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer.
