Appropriates $117,462.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Auctioneers Commission for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Requires the commission to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail level as fiscal year 2024 and submit future budget requests in comparable format.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when multiple equal bids are received or when purchases are made without competitive bidding.

Mandates compliance with Mississippi Code Section 27-104-25 to prevent agencies from incurring obligations exceeding their appropriation.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
