Appropriates $2,039,800.00 from the State General Fund to the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel for fiscal year July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

Appropriates an additional $215,258.00 from the State Treasury to the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 9 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel.

Requires the Office to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as Fiscal Year 2024, with comparable detail in the Fiscal Year 2026 budget request.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
