Appropriates $8,844,451 for House Contingent Fund and $6,698,539 for Senate Contingent Fund, with up to $15,000 and $10,000 respectively allocated to Mississippi Commission on Interstate Cooperation expenses.

Appropriates funds for joint legislative operations ($1,252,149), Joint Legislative Budget Committee ($4,953,639), Joint Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review ($2,767,768), Reapportionment Committee ($303,162), and Code Committee ($400,000).

Appropriates $2,682,317 for House member monthly expense allowances and $1,164,718 for Senate member monthly expense allowances.

Appropriates $471,211 for state's share of various assessments including Southern States Energy Board ($29,077), Interstate Cooperation ($361,899), National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws ($41,835), and The Energy Council ($38,400).
