Appropriates $20,968,462.00 from the State Treasury to the Public Employees' Retirement System for administrative expenses and building maintenance and operation for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 167 permanent positions with restrictions on salary actions; prohibits using vacancy funds for promotions, title changes, or salary adjustments to current employees.

Establishes the Public Employees' Retirement System Building Repair and Maintenance Fund to receive rental income from the building at 301 North President Street, Jackson, with unexpended funds transferred to the Administrative Budget Fund annually.

Requires the Board of Trustees to purchase equipment and live webcast all board and committee meetings (excluding executive sessions), with archived footage posted on the agency website within 48 hours.

Allocates no more than $3,538,000.00 for computer system maintenance, upgrading, and operation, and no more than $300,000.00 for building maintenance and repair.
