Appropriates $7,608,682 from the General Fund and $997,779 from special funds to the Mississippi State Supreme Court for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025), authorizing 70 permanent positions.

Appropriates $37,203,759 from the General Fund and $4,192,368 from special funds for special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges, authorizing 109 permanent positions, with $14,170,000 designated for judge support staff at a maximum of $130,000 per judge annually.

Appropriates $17,464,222 from the General Fund and $27,530,762 from special funds to the Administrative Office of Courts and Court of Appeals, authorizing 48 permanent positions for courts operations and 58 permanent positions for the Court of Appeals.

Establishes a Continuing Legal Education Fund and Board of Bar Admissions Fund, appropriating $171,252 and $369,916 respectively, with 2 and 3 permanent positions authorized.

Reappropriates $1,172,686 in capital expense funds for court information systems, IT equipment, and temporary intake officers, and allocates $2,500,000 for Youth Court Support Fund and $9,000,000 for Drug Court Program.
