Appropriates $1,555,682.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Arts Commission for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025).

Appropriates $6,161,700.00 from special funds and donations to the Mississippi Arts Commission for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 10 permanent positions and 2 time-limited positions for the agency, with requirements that FY 2026 personal services funds not exceed FY 2025 levels unless new programs are added by the Legislature.

Allocates $1,490,000.00 from the Education Enhancement Fund for educator training, arts programs in public schools, miscellaneous grants, and the Whole Schools Initiative ($100,000, $350,000, and $1,040,000 respectively).

Appropriates $3,500,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for the Building Fund for the Arts and reauthorizes $3,500,000.00 in previously authorized Capital Expense Funds for the same purpose.
