Appropriates $230,000 from the State General Fund to the Board of Supervisors of Claiborne County for security upgrades and improvements to county law enforcement and detention buildings and facilities.

Funds are designated for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025.

State Treasurer shall disburse funds upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer based on requisitions from the appropriate county officials.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
