Authorizes issuance of up to $500,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund repair, renovation, expansion, and improvements to the Mississippi Aviation Heritage Museum in Gulfport.

Creates a special fund called the "2024 Mississippi Aviation Heritage Museum Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for project costs.

Bonds shall mature within 25 years, bear interest rates not exceeding limits in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101, and be signed by the State Bond Commission chairman with the state's full faith and credit pledged for repayment.

Bonds cannot be issued after July 1, 2028, and any remaining fund balance after project completion shall be used for debt service on the bonds.

Bonds and income therefrom are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and are legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, savings banks, trust companies, and insurance companies.
