Adds judicial discretion to increase fines for driving under the influence (DUI) violations beyond the statutory minimums and maximums currently prescribed in Section 63-11-30, with required written justification in court orders.

Applies discretionary fine increases to all DUI offense categories: first offense ($250-$1,000), second offense ($600-$1,500), third offense ($2,000-$5,000), and fourth or subsequent offenses ($3,000-$10,000).

Extends discretionary fine authority to aggravated DUI cases and DUI child endangerment convictions across all severity levels.

Effective date of July 1, 2024.
