Prohibits state agencies, departments, and commissions from providing support or resources to federal agencies or contractors transporting undocumented immigrants apprehended at the Southwest Border into Mississippi.

Requires the Department of Public Safety to identify and track undocumented immigrants transported to Mississippi since January 2024, including collecting names, countries of origin, criminal histories, and sponsor information using lawful investigative means.

Authorizes Department of Public Safety agents to detain vehicles reasonably believed to be transporting undocumented immigrants if there is reasonable suspicion of a state crime, with detention limited to the time necessary to determine immigration status.

Mandates the Department of Human Services to determine whether resettlement of unaccompanied alien children constitutes "evidence of need" for licensing foster homes and child-placing agencies; if not, prohibits new licenses and additional placements of such children.

Requires the Department of Public Safety to audit employers for compliance with employment eligibility verification, report healthcare expenditures for undocumented immigrants, and coordinate with federal immigration authorities to share information on criminal suspects.
