Increases maximum total workers' compensation recovery from 450 weeks to 520 weeks of wages under Mississippi Code sections 71-3-13, 71-3-17, 71-3-21, and 71-3-25.

Applies the 520-week maximum to all compensation types including permanent total disability, temporary total disability, permanent partial disability, temporary partial disability, and death benefits.

Maintains the compensation rate of 66⅔% of average weekly state wages as the basis for calculating all benefits, with the increased week limit as the only change.

Effective date: July 1, 2024.
