Creates the Mississippi Commission on Wage Review to examine wages paid to public and private employees in Mississippi and establish measurable wage goals and benchmarks.

Commission comprises seven members: Executive Director of Mississippi Department of Human Services, President of Mississippi Manufacturers Association, Executive Director of Mississippi Development Authority, President of Magnolia Bar Association, State Director of AARP Mississippi, one Governor-appointed representative from a job training nonprofit, and the State Economist.

Requires the commission to review Mississippi wages at least every two years, compare them to Southeastern region wages, and submit reports to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security and Legislature with findings and recommendations.

Mandates commission appointments within 30 days of the act's effective date, with the first meeting required before August 1, 2024, where members will elect a chair and vice chair.

Requires state departments, divisions, and agencies to provide facilities, assistance, and data requested by the commission chair to support its duties.
