Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to Mississippi residents who are supporters of Columbia Academy Cougars upon payment of an additional $30.00 annual fee.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each application fee for the county general fund, with the remainder remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to Columbia Academy, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires surrender of regular license tags upon issuance of distinctive tags and provides for replacement tags at a $10.00 fee with similar distribution of funds.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
