HB 328 Summary

• Increases the maximum number of package retailer's permits that a person may own or control from one (1) to three (3) permits.

• Extends the ownership restriction to spouses, relatives, and household members, preventing them from collectively owning more than three (3) package retailer's permits combined.

• Requires that locations for permits held by the same person be separated by a minimum distance of one hundred (100) miles from one another.

• Takes effect July 1, 2024.
