Adds "cycling" to the definition of "outdoor recreational purposes" under Mississippi Code Section 89-2-3, alongside existing activities like hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking.

Amends Section 89-2-25 to include cycling when a landowner grants permission for outdoor recreation, providing the same liability exemptions as other recreational activities.

Landowners who permit cycling on their property are not liable for injuries or property damage caused by the cyclist, except as specified in Section 89-2-27.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
