Appropriates $165,080.00 from the State General Fund to the City of Florence to assist with establishing Eastside Park, representing 80% of the estimated preliminary development cost.

Requires the City of Florence to provide matching funds of $41,270.00 (20% of the $206,350.00 total estimated preliminary development cost) to receive the state appropriation.

State Treasurer shall pay the appropriation upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer in accordance with law.

Takes effect July 1, 2024, and applies to fiscal year 2025.
