Restores voting rights to Omar Eugene Magee of Covington County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility due to felony convictions.

Magee was convicted of grand larceny (May 1978 and December 1978), burglary (March 1985), and two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (March 1999).

Magee completed his sentence and was discharged on September 12, 2008, and has since conducted himself as a law-abiding citizen.
