Restores voting rights to Agnes Standifer of Lee County, Mississippi, who lost her right to vote due to a grand larceny conviction on May 4, 2000.

Standifer was sentenced to five years (one year in Mississippi Department of Corrections custody and four years probation) for the grand larceny conviction.

Standifer was placed on Earned Release Supervision on February 1, 2001, and discharged on March 2, 2001.

Legislature finds that Standifer has since conducted herself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen.

Effective upon passage.
