Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $10,000,000 to fund construction of a new addition to the Greer-Stafford Allied Health/Nursing Building at Mississippi Delta Community College.

Creates a special fund designated "2024 Mississippi Delta Community College Greer-Stafford Allied Health/Nursing Building Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the project.

Bonds shall mature within 25 years from date of issue, with interest rates not exceeding limits set by Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

Bond proceeds cannot be issued after July 1, 2028, and any remaining funds after project completion shall be applied to debt service on the bonds.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
