Restores voting rights to Michael Gray of Prentiss County, convicted of burglary larceny-residential on October 10, 2005, who served 5 years, had probation revoked, and was discharged on November 23, 2008

Both individuals have reportedly conducted themselves as law-abiding citizens since completing their sentences

Takes effect immediately upon passage
