Amends Mississippi Code Section 49-7-1.1 to establish that wildlife in Mississippi belongs to all citizens of the state collectively.

Establishes the state's duty to protect and sustain wildlife for the public's benefit and authority to defend the public's interest in wildlife in accordance with sound scientific principles.

Preserves the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks' authority to regulate hunting, trapping, and fishing activities consistent with existing law.

Maintains the prohibition on courts enjoining, suspending, or curtailing lawful hunting, trapping, or fishing activities unless clear and convincing evidence shows an immediate threat to public health, safety, and welfare.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
