Appropriates $49,692,200 from the State General Fund to the State Department of Health for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Allocates funds for county health department infrastructure including: new buildings ($4,000,000), district offices ($9,000,000), building repair and maintenance ($8,309,350), and parking lots ($749,050).

Provides $15,200,000 for accessibility improvements for patients with disabilities and $8,704,400 for patient privacy protections.

Includes funding for medical equipment ($572,900), generators ($1,680,000), fire safety ($762,000), furniture ($648,800), and automated external defibrillators ($65,500).

Effective July 1, 2024; funds paid by State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer.
