Appropriates $11,000,000 from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund to the State Department of Health for the MAGnet Community Health Disparity Program for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Requires funds be used to address disproportionate COVID-19 impacts on minority and disadvantaged communities through developing mitigation plans, reducing racial disparities in vaccine distribution, and conducting outreach and remote patient monitoring.

Allows Federally Qualified Health Centers to apply to MAGnet Community Health Corporation for funding from this appropriation.

Requires the Department of Health to determine all expenditures comply with federal Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund guidelines and to ensure compliance with Single Audit Act requirements and federal Uniform Guidance standards.

Requires the Department of Health or recipient to repay Mississippi any funds determined by federal Inspector General offices to have been improperly expended, for repayment to the federal government.
