Creates the "Create A Respectful And Open Workplace For Natural (CROWN) Hair Act" to prohibit discrimination based on natural hairstyles including afros, braids, twists, and locks in workplaces and schools.

Prohibits employers, schools, school districts, and administrators from creating dress codes or policies that ban natural hair, and forbids discrimination in pay, promotions, discipline, or expulsion based on natural hairstyle.

Establishes a two-year statute of limitations for civil actions and allows aggrieved persons to recover unpaid wages, liquidated damages, compensatory damages, punitive damages, and attorney's fees.

Prohibits retaliation against persons who oppose practices made unlawful by this act or who file complaints, testify, or participate in investigations related to violations.

Takes effect upon passage.
