Appropriates $2,263,275.00 from the State General Fund to the City of Natchez, Mississippi for the Concord Avenue Drainage Improvement Project for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)

Project improvements include removing existing surface, excavating material, lowering street elevation, adding granular material and asphalt surface, and installing curb, gutter, and underground drainage pipes to capture storm runoff

Construction divided into three phases: Phase I ($829,660.00), Phase II ($716,807.50), and Phase III ($716,807.50)

State Treasurer authorized to pay funds via warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer upon proper requisition

Takes effect July 1, 2024
