Requires the Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review (PEER) to conduct annual reviews for three years (2024, 2025, 2026) measuring the impact of its school district efficiency reports on public school operations.

PEER must survey all school districts that were subjects of PEER reports in the preceding calendar year to assess what impact the reviews had on management and resource allocation decisions.

PEER must sample other school districts to determine awareness of and whether they have reviewed PEER Committee work on school district operations and efficiency.

Requires PEER to submit annual impact reports to the Legislature before December 15 each year.

Provision repeals January 1, 2027, ending the three-year review requirement; effective date July 1, 2024.
