Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-13-117 to require telehealth services provided by Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), and Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) to be reimbursed at the same face-to-face encounter rate under the prospective payment system.

Authorizes the Division of Medicaid to reimburse these centers for both distant site and originating site telehealth services when appropriately provided by the same organization at the applicable Medicaid fee.

Recognizes FQHCs, RHCs, and CMHCs as both originating and distant site providers for purposes of telehealth reimbursement under Medicaid.

Takes effect July 1, 2024, and the entire amended section stands repealed on July 1, 2024.
