Extends the effective date for revised boundaries of the Capitol Complex Improvement District in Jackson, Mississippi from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2027.

Changes the boundary descriptions of the Capitol Complex Improvement District to take effect on July 1, 2027, including modifications to the northern and southern perimeters and references to different streets and landmarks.

The new boundaries after July 1, 2027 will be defined by Northside Drive on the north, Interstate 20/55 on the south, and various Jackson streets including Prentiss Street, Ellis Avenue, and Raymond Road.

The previous boundary configuration that referenced LeFleur's Bluff State Park, Ridgewood Road, and Eastover Drive will remain in effect through June 30, 2027.

The act takes effect upon passage.
