Amends Section 25-3-92 to allow state agencies to grant up to six days of administrative leave with pay within a six-month period to qualified members of the Mississippi Wing of the Civil Air Patrol who participate in official emergency services missions.

Prohibits employees on Civil Air Patrol emergency services leave from being considered state employees for purposes of workers' compensation or claims against the state under Chapter 46, Title 11.

Permits employees of public or private businesses and industries who are active Civil Air Patrol members to take leave of absence (at employer's discretion) for official operational emergency services missions in Mississippi or contiguous states without loss of pay, rank, annual leave, or efficiency rating.

Requires Civil Air Patrol emergency services leave employees to reapply for employment within 90 days after relief from duty and allows restoration to their original or equivalent positions if still qualified, with job protection for up to one year.

Effective July 1, 2024.
