Amends Section 3-3-7 of the Mississippi Code to declare September 11 as Patriot's Day in Mississippi each year.

Patriot's Day commemorates the 2,977 people killed and numerous injured during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, in New York, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania.

The designation is added as a day of recognition and observation similar to existing commemorative days like Elvis Aaron Presley Day and Hernando de Soto Day.

Patriot's Day is not designated as a legal holiday, meaning it does not affect work schedules or business closures.
