Adds limestone to the list of materials eligible for harvest permits under Section 27-19-81(4), allowing vehicles hauling limestone to operate on designated state highways with a $25 permit decal valid for one year.

Permits limestone-hauling vehicles operating with harvest permits to carry up to 88,000 pounds gross vehicle weight with a 10 percent tolerance, subject to county and municipal route designations.

Extends limestone hauling privileges to Section 63-5-33(3), allowing these vehicles to operate within a 100-mile radius from loading to unloading points for processing.

Applies the same permitting framework previously available for sand, gravel, woodchips, and agricultural products to limestone transport on public roadways, excluding federal interstate highways.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
