Defines "child sex doll" as an anatomically correct doll, mannequin, or robot resembling an infant or child under 12 years old, intended for sexual stimulation or gratification.

Criminalizes possession of a child sex doll as a misdemeanor punishable by $500-$5,000 fine and/or up to 1 year in county jail; possession of 2 or more dolls creates inference of intent to traffic.

Makes manufacturing, distributing, selling, advertising, or possessing child sex dolls with intent to distribute a felony punishable by $5,000+ fine and/or up to 3 years imprisonment.

Criminalizes transporting child sex dolls into Mississippi with intent to distribute, sell, or transfer as a felony with same penalties ($5,000+ fine and/or up to 3 years imprisonment); exempts common carriers without knowledge of contents.

Takes effect July 1, 2024, and brings forward existing Mississippi Code sections relating to dissemination of sexually oriented material to minors, child exploitation definitions, and related penalties.
