Suspends voting rights upon conviction of vote fraud, crimes listed in Mississippi Constitution Section 241, or crimes interpreted as disenfranchising by Attorney General opinions, but automatically restores voting rights once all sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Amends voter eligibility statutes (Sections 23-15-11, 23-15-19, 23-15-125, 23-15-151, 23-15-153, and 23-15-165) to implement automatic restoration of voting rights and require county registrars to restore voter names in the Statewide Elections Management System upon completion of sentence.

Requires county election commissioners to remove voter names from rolls when a disenfranchising conviction occurs, and automatically restore names once sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Establishes that the Statewide Elections Management System must receive regular reports of voters who have satisfied all sentencing requirements and automatically restore their registration status.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
