Removes the prohibition that prevented holders of commercial driver's licenses or commercial learning permits from being eligible for nonadjudication on qualifying first offense DUI charges.

Removes the same prohibition from the expunction provisions, allowing commercial driver's license holders to petition for expunction of first offense DUI convictions under the same conditions as other offenders.

Maintains all other DUI penalties, requirements, and eligibility criteria for nonadjudication and expunction programs.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
