Increases the jurisdiction limit of justice court from $3,500 to $5,000 for actions involving debts, damages, or personal property recovery.

Increases the uniform civil case filing fee in justice court from $25 to $45, effective July 1, 2024, with scheduled increases to $55 (July 1, 2025) and $65 (July 1, 2026).

Increases the clerk's fee for Title 63 violations (excluding DUI and reckless driving) from $5 to $10 immediately, then to $12.50 (July 1, 2025) and $15 (July 1, 2026).

Maintains other fees unchanged, including $5 for multiple defendants, $15 for execution/attachment/garnishment proceedings, and $25 for peace bonds.

Effective date is July 1, 2024, with the fee schedule phased in through July 1, 2026.
