Requires vehicles operated on public roads, streets, or highways to operate front and rear lamps during sunset to sunrise, whenever precipitation or conditions necessitate windshield wiper use, and when insufficient light exists to discern a person 500 feet ahead.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when full headlights are required by law.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $25.00 upon conviction.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
