Expands Medicaid eligibility to include individuals under age 65 who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare, and have income not exceeding 133% of the federal poverty level, as authorized under the Affordable Care Act.

Eligible individuals under this expansion receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined in the federal Social Security Act.

Division of Medicaid is responsible for determining eligibility and redetermining eligibility for all recipient categories not less frequently than required by federal law.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
