Allows courts to impose successful completion of workforce training at community colleges, workforce development centers, or similar nonprofit programs as a condition for withholding acceptance of guilty pleas under nonadjudication provisions in Section 99-15-26.

Adds workforce training completion as an optional term that can be included in pre-trial intervention program agreements under Section 99-15-117.

Workforce training requirement applies to felony and misdemeanor cases, excluding crimes of violence, public corruption crimes, and repeat offenders who previously qualified for nonadjudication.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
