Reenacts sections 47-5-531 through 47-5-575 of the Mississippi Code establishing the Mississippi Prison Industries Act of 1990, which authorizes a nonprofit corporation to manage prison industry programs.

Updates agency nomenclature by changing references from "State Department of Human Services" to "Mississippi Department of Human Services" and from "House Penitentiary Committee" to "House Corrections Committee."

Restructures the corporation's board of directors to consist of five members: the Commissioner of Corrections, one faith-based community representative, one business community representative, the Executive Director of AccelerateMS, and the Executive Director of the Mississippi Community College Board.

Extends the repealer date for the Mississippi Prison Industries Act of 1990 from July 1, 2024, to July 1, 2027.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
