Extends the July 1, 2024 repeal date of Section 43-13-117 (comprehensive list of Medicaid covered care and services) to July 1, 2027.

Extends the July 1, 2024 repeal date of Section 43-13-145 (assessment levy on certain licensed health care facilities to fund Medicaid) to July 1, 2027.

Deletes a duplicate repealer provision regarding Medicaid coverage for services provided at out-of-state border city university-affiliated pediatric teaching hospitals.

Maintains current Medicaid provider assessment structure for nursing facilities, intermediate care facilities, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, and hospitals through fiscal year 2027.
