Extends the effective date for revised boundaries of the Capitol Complex Improvement District from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2027.

Maintains the current Capitol Complex Improvement District boundaries through June 30, 2027 around the State Capitol Building in Jackson, Mississippi.

Implements new proposed boundaries for the Capitol Complex Improvement District effective July 1, 2027, which modify the district's perimeter to include different streets and landmarks (including changes along Northside Drive, Raymond Road, and Interstate 20).

The new boundaries after July 1, 2027 reduce the northern boundary from LeFleur's Bluff State Park and Ridgewood Road to Northside Drive, and expand the southern boundary to include areas along Interstate 20.
