Requires the Office of the Attorney General to develop and maintain the Mississippi Vapor Directory, a publicly available list of manufacturers of vapor products that deliver e-liquids, effective July 1, 2024.

Mandates every vapor product manufacturer selling or intending to sell products in Mississippi must submit an attestation under penalty of perjury certifying the product was on the U.S. market as of August 8, 2016, with a Premarket Tobacco Product Application filed by September 9, 2020, or has received FDA marketing authorization.

Makes it unlawful for any person to knowingly manufacture, distribute, sell, barter, or furnish any vapor product not included in the Mississippi Vapor Directory.

Requires manufacturers to notify the Attorney General within 30 days of material changes to their attestation, including any FDA marketing orders, denials, or product removal orders.

Requires the Attorney General to make the directory publicly available on its website by September 15, 2024, and to update it as necessary to maintain compliance with the act's requirements.
