Amends Section 45-13-7 of the Mississippi Code to require fireworks kept for sale at wholesale and retail to be stored and sold only in a room within a permanent structure.

Prohibits fireworks from being stored or sold in temporary stands, effective July 1, 2024.

Maintains existing requirements for warning signs ("FIREWORKS-NO SMOKING-KEEP OPEN FLAMES AWAY" at room entrance and "FIREWORKS FOR SALE-NO SMOKING ALLOWED" in sales sections).

Preserves current fire safety requirements including two approved fire extinguishers in permanent buildings, or a barrel of water with two buckets in temporary stands used for storage and sales only.

Requires all fireworks displayed on counters to remain in original packages unless an attendant is on duty at the counter at all times.
