Changes "and" to "or" in Section 63-11-23 when describing the conditions for license suspension related to operating on public highways, roads, or streets.

Brings forward Section 63-11-26 without modification, which establishes that persons have no right to judicial review of the Commissioner of Public Safety's license suspension or denial actions.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
