Amends Mississippi Code Section 27-19-56.549 to add Navy Seabee Foundation to the list of organizations eligible for distinctive motor vehicle license tags.

Vehicle owners may obtain distinctive tags upon payment of a $30.00 annual additional fee plus standard registration fees and taxes.

Of each $30.00 fee collected, $24.00 goes to the beneficiary organization, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2; county tax collectors retain $2.00.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10.00, with 5% retained by the tax collector and the remainder distributed according to standard distinctive tag procedures.

Effective July 1, 2024.
