Creates Section 97-37-39 to criminalize the manufacture, possession, and use of machine gun conversion devices in Mississippi, unless authorized by federal law.

Defines "machine gun conversion device" as a device designed to convert a semi-automatic firearm into a machine gun, excluding semi-automatic firearms and accuracy/trigger aids that require manual trigger function for each shot.

First offense convicts face up to 10 years imprisonment, a fine up to $10,000, or both.

Second or subsequent offense convicts face up to 15 years imprisonment, a fine up to $20,000, or both.

Effective date is July 1, 2024; the law is titled the "Jeremy Todd Malone Law."
