Creates the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund in the State Treasury to be administered by the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation and distributed to legal service centers throughout the state.

Increases the filing fee for petitions to expunge an offense from $150.00 to $152.00, effective July 1, 2024.

Allocates the $152.00 filing fee as follows: $100.00 to the Judicial System Operation Fund, $40.00 to the District Attorneys Operation Fund, $10.00 to the circuit clerk for administration, and $2.00 to the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund.

Specifies that fund monies will not lapse at fiscal year end and that any interest earned from fund investments shall be credited back to the fund.

Allows the fund to accept monies from public or private sources in addition to the filing fee deposits.
