Amends Section 47-7-33 of the Mississippi Code to limit probation officer caseloads to a maximum of 75 cases per officer at any one time.

Applies to probation supervision provided by the Mississippi Department of Corrections when defendants are placed on probation by circuit or county courts.

Makes minor clarifying language changes, including updating gender-neutral pronouns and replacing "said" with "such" in subsection (3).

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
