Adds paragraph (29) to Section 43-13-115 establishing Medicaid eligibility for individuals age 55 or older who need nursing facility level of care, reside in a PACE organization's service area, and meet additional program-specific eligibility conditions.

Adds paragraph (61) to Section 43-13-117 authorizing the Division of Medicaid to cover Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) services as determined by the division.

Extends the repeal date of Section 43-13-117 from July 1, 2024 to July 1, 2028.

Effective July 1, 2024.
